Engine and generator have heat exchangers for minimum corrosion 6.5 KW onan generator with closed water system. AC/DC refrig. and another small ele refrig up front. 3 raw water strainers for engines and generators, alarm system .heat and air, VHF radio, smoke detector .this is a GREAT clean well kept Houseboat with NO leaks all windows are in great shape,new hot water heater just installed... it has been well taken care of for a 1990... Docked at Laceys Marina Slip [removed phone] at a great easy in and out location..
******Also a 2000 Yamaha jet ski and 2000 Kawasakie 2 seater both run good with nice double trailer-( new tires) EZ loader
